Please make sure you read and follow these rules. They aren’t the kind of rules to stop you from having fun - they are here to make sure everyone is safe and using Big Sis the right way!

THE RULES

1. We may make changes to these rules from time to time. Please make sure you are aware of the most recent version by checking back here. We may also change Big Sis, including temporarily shutting it down, in order to improve your experience. We will do our best to notify you in advance, but this may not always be possible.
2. Big Sis is intended for people between the ages of 13 – 24. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use Big Sis, as it will not be appropriate for you. If you are under the age of 16, please make sure you check with a parent or guardian first before using Big Sis.
3. When you use Big Sis, we will collect personal information from you. Please read our Privacy Policy to find out
4. There may be information about health available on Big Sis. This information is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your health, please see a doctor or other healthcare professional.
5. There may be links to other websites and organizations on Big Sis. These rules will not apply to those websites and you should check the rules on each website when you access them, as we cannot be responsible for other organizations.
6. We may ask your opinion in surveys. Please only participate if you want to, these surveys are not mandatory. We do this in order to better understand how you use the chatbot and website and to provide more useful content to you (and other users of Big Sis ). We may share the results with others, but this will never include your personal information unless we have expressly told you otherwise.
7. We try our best to make sure Big Sis is safe to use, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from any computer viruses or destructive code. We will not be responsible for any damage to your mobile that may result from using Big Sis.
8. We want to keep Big Sis safe and available for all users. To help us, please do not try to hack Big Sis, infect the platform with a virus or do anything else which may damage Big Sis.
9. We want to keep our Big Sis Helpdesk/Helpline counselors safe. To help us, please refrain from:
   1. Making any any inappropriate, abusive, sexual or threatening language, comments or remarks.
   2. Sending any violent, graphic or pictures of a sexual nature.
10. The name "Big Sis", our great logo and the design of the platform is owned by Girl Effect. Please ask our permission before using any of these for any reason (other than using Big Sis).
11. Big Sis is intended for your personal use only. If you are a business, please do not use Big Sis, as the content is not intended for you and you do not have the right to use this information.
12. If at any time you break any of these rules, we may (among other actions) stop/block you from using Big Sis in the future.
