Hi Raven69. Here are a few tips to make it easier for you to stay alert. Keep lights in your room switched on. Do not lie in bed and study. Do not have a heavy meal before you study. Avoid studying subjects or topics that are difficult at night. Study the more difficult or information heavy subjects in the morning. Drink lots of water. Move around in your room while you study. Take a nap in the afternoon to keep alert for studies late night. Take a heavy music break to an upbeat song to get the adrenaline pumping. Study loudly because listening to your own voice while you move around your room does work. Go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Switch off your phone and avoid distractions. Eat frequently. Take a ten minute break for every 30 minutes of study. And get some sunlight!
