Hey Patricia4Girly, there is nothing wrong with sleeping everyday. You should be getting about 6-8 hours of sleep everyday depending on when your mind and body feels refreshed enough to wake up. If you still feeling like you're sleeping more than you need to, ask yourself if you're feeling fatigued and tired during the day. If you are, then perhaps you need to check if your diet is giving you the right amount of energy levels you need. Some foods like carbs (bread, potatoes and so on) make you feel tired if you eat them more than you need to. You can also exercise to get your energy levels up a bit more. If you can't see any other reason why you could be feeling this way, then perhaps it's best to see a doctor to go see what the issue could be.

Hey Momozah, talking about the vagina is not always easy but there is no reason to be scared even though it may seem like our vaginas have lives of their own. The only time you might worry is when the smell is different to what you’re used to. If it comes with other things (like a burning sensation when you pee, blood in your urine and thick discharge that looks like egg white, is yellow or green), then these could be signs of a sexually transmitted infection. If this happens, don’t panic. Go to a clinic or pharmacy, where you will be tested and given antibiotics if necessary. For more information read our article http://za.heyspringster.com/sections/my-body/everything-you-need-know/. Please go to a clinic or doctor so they can check out what's happening with you and give you the proper medication you need.

Hey Matilda, thanks for your comment. Look in the mirror, you are beautiful just the way you are. If you're looking to brighten up your skin, look for products with lemon in them. Good luck Springster!

Hi Kitty_4. Yes that's normal for you if you'd like to keep fresh. I'd suggest panty liners to protect your underwear and to keep clean.

Hi Springster. Don't panic. Eventually, everyone enters a stage called puberty. During puberty, sex hormones awaken. Don’t be embarrassed, even flowers have to reproduce! Sex is how we reproduce and reproduction is a fact of life. Humans do it, animals do it, and plants do it.

Hi Springster. Thank you for your comment. Brown discharge is just an indication that your period is coming to an end. It's just "cleaning out" your womb. Old blood looks brown. So no need for you to be stressed about it.

Hi Springster. It's important to know that most women will experience irregular bleeding at some point in their life. A period showing up unexpected or delayed does not always mean something serious is going on. But your period showing up whenever it wants can be stressful. Your period may show up earlier than expected, or not show up at all. Here are the most common causes that can cause a delayed or early period thus causing an irregular menstrual cycle: – Medication – Stress and anxiety – Puberty ( When teens first start having periods, their menstrual cycles may not always be on the same schedule every month.) – Extreme exercise or dieting – Hormonal birth control such as contraceptive pills or emergency contraception – Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) ( This medical condition causes tiny cysts to form on ovaries, interfering with regular ovulation). If it doesn't return when your next cycle comes then I recommend you visit your nearest clinic or doctor for professional medical advice.
