Hy Springer. What a great story .I am going to try following those steps because I am also a girl who lives in sadness and pain. I would always lock myself in my room nd cry everyday. I am so fat and always compares myself with my friends because they all have nice bodies. I never tell any of them about the challenge I'm facing.
When I'm around them I have to fake a smile. When we have to go somewhere I always come up with excuses because I am different from them.. From now on I think I should stop worrying and focus on the things that will make me happy

Hi mapie im in the same situation im always worrying all the time about bad things that have happened to me,I feel like my life is going no where its like im I was born to cry and worry all time.I get angry so easily at any time I dont seem to get happy my family tries alot to make me happy bt I still feel unworthy,i prefer to be alone at most times because thats where im able to think about what ever I wanna think about,I think I have a serious problem because at some point i end up hating my family for no reason then i hear this small voice inside of me that says i need to calm down and try to control my anger.I really don't know whats making me sooo angry I tried figuring that out bt I cant find answers
Hello guys I'm new here . Hey mapie and parton . I was in a situation same as yours . I told myself that i had to find my happiness again and I would do anything to have it back . I would spend many hours on Internet asking for ways to find my happiness again . Girl its time to stand up for yourself and fight the darkness until there's a light . Wake up , pray and thank god for the gift that is your life , that you got a chance to live it again . Drink water then try to meditate . Meditation might take weeks , months or even a year or over to master it . You try yoga and just concertrate on exploring yourself and creating your own happiness .You need to remind yourself that you worthy and you deserve to be happy . Wake up and say this words to yourself: Im the best

Try to be positive and when you feel negative quickly say something positive
Remind yourself that you're here in this world for a reason and god is always with you
